One of the best in Cusco - Edit
Awesome staff, and amazing food. I highly highly recommend the TLT. Their prices are some of the most reasonable in San Blas and it’s very high quality. I didn’t try the churros but they looked amazing. They also great selection of fruits, local medicines, almond butters, journals etc for sale.

great food BUT not all vegan!! - Edit
The TLT sandwich with veganaise is sooo tasty (16 Sol). I also tried a smoothie and the churros. All yummy! But when I asked for the sauces the staff explained me that the chocolate sauce is vegan but the dolce the leche and whipping cream are not! This is very confusing as it's not specifically labelled and the sign says "vegan café" outside.
Read morethey should label the non vegan sauces as I'm pretty sure from earlier reviews that people made the mistake to think the sauces are all vegan. It's one of those places that appear to be 100% vegan so I normally don't even ask.
Pros: TLT sandwich!, vegan baked goods
Cons: no Wifi, no charging stations, seems to be all vegan but isn't

Tasty vegan churros (the dulche de leche and cream dipping sauces are not vegan though). Also worth noting that the churros are not gluten free (although gluten free options are available such as ice cream)😄

The best place to eat in all of South America - Edit
Absolutely everything was fantastic here. We had great friendly service throughout which was lovely.
Read moreWe ordered the TLT sandwich and the chilli fries. The fries were really flavoursome and delicious and topped with avocado!
The sandwich was honestly amazing! I had high expectations as I adore smoked tofu but this was by far the best vegan sandwich I've had. Really generous amounts of very tasty, crispy tofu and lovely bread.
We finished off the meal with churros and they were great too!
Also everything was very good value!
If you're in Cusco you must go here!
Pros: Amazing food, friendly service, good atmosphere

Best vegan Empanadas - Edit
In my five weeks in Cusco I went multiple times a week to this lovely place. They have super yummy Empanadas, the main dishes and smoothies are also fabulous. If you want to get fancy, try the churro sundae. The people are awesome with a great taste of music, too. Gotta love this place.

Best food in Cusco - Edit
This restaurant is amazing! I've tried 6 options on the menu and all the food was super delicious. Everything is vegan except the caramel sauce options for the churros. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is super nice. I would definitely recommend going here.

Sooooo good! - Edit
I can't even tell you how many times we've been here, we've visited a lot because it's so damn good! Maria is SO incredible at making vegan sweets, it's ridiculous. The Churros are amazing, every cake we've tried is moist and fluffy and delicious, the chocolate peanut butter tart with whipped cream is amazing, everything is amazing! I'm still dying to try the vegan milkshake so I know we will be back many times before we leave Cusco for good! The service is friendly and great and there's a playful black doggie named Jack Daniels or "Jackie" and we love to play with him too! Do yourself a favor and visit this awesome place!

Excellent! - Edit
We ate at the Churro Bar several times on our trip to Cusco, they were extremely friendly and the food was fantastic. We were also lucky to score some of the empanadas which were fantastic, and of course we tried the churro's themselves. They also filled out water bottles for us which was kind, and welcomed in a placed where we were buying so much. I highly recommend you visit this location on your next trip to Cusco! Say hi to Jack, the friendly lab too!
Read moreWe did go one morning when they did not open on time, which was a bit annoying but we returned later where they asked if we had come (I guess they heard or saw us outside) and they apologized profusely for not being open. Supposedly they just weren't ready. Peruvian time is a very real thing haha.

Amazing and Affordable - Edit
We had some really great meals while we were in Peru, but this place was my favorite by far. Everything we had was excellent, the people were incredibly kind, and it was really affordable.
Read moreOur first morning in Cusco we were feeling a bit sick from the altitude, but we walked over to the Churro Bar for some breakfast. We had the tofu scramble, sweet potato breakfast stew, and some plain churros. It was served with toasted bread (which was the first good bread we had in Peru!) and was a very welcome nourishing and filling meal.
We went back two more times, trying the chili fries, tofu wrap, and empanadas. The empanadas were AMAZING and the chef (who is a one-woman operation from what we can tell) was sweet enough to tell us how she made them so we could try it when we got home.
I'm truly sad we can't eat here all the time, but I'd HIGHLY suggest it if you are in Cusco. We ate at a few places and this really was the best food I had.
Pros: Affordable, Healthy

Best churros in town! - Edit
I will never forget those churros. Best churros I’ve ever had. Can add chocolate sauce, sprinkles and other toppings. Serves sandwiches, waffles, breakfast items, and more. TIP: Get the waffles with a churro or two, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and strawberries if you want. You’ll be glad you ordered it!

Fantastic food, amazing place - Edit
My friends and I came here several times during our stay in Cusco. The food is absolutely incredible! Don’t be fooled, there is far more available to eat than just churros and cakes (which are just as delicious). Special shout out goes to the aubergine parmigiana and the ‘chicken’ destroyer. The cafe has a really relaxed vibe, 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

amazing sandwiches - Edit
Totally agree with andreawee: we came in looking for churro's but started with sandwiches (eggplant and the TLT). They were so amazing we couldn't wait to return the next day. And even though there is a lot of choice, we ordered the same. Best sandwiches I've had this year and maybe even longer. The churro's with ice-cream and whipped-cream also tasted great. A shame they are only marked as a bakery.

a gem! - Edit
We came here with no expectations and got completely overwhelmed! Everything is so delicious! We had filled churros during our first visit, chili fries and eggplant parmegiano on the second day. Almost everything is vegan and the prices are more than fair. The place is cosy and they have a lovely dog
