Several Vegan Options - Edit
You can make your own, or choose from the menu. I love the Mexicali Vegan and the Santa Fe salads. None of the soups are vegan. Nice staff and fast service.

Healthy vegan in Arboretum - Edit
We had the Mexican Vegan and the Mediterrean bowls. We substituted the dairy and meat for tofu & falafels.
