Amazing You Po Noodles - Edit
Most things here are not vegan/ vegetarian but the you po noodles are one of the best things on the menu and completely vegan. The cold vegetable appetizers are also vegan, as is the jelly.

Many tasty vegan options - Edit
There are many options and the flavors are amazing! You can ask the staff which items are vegan and they are knowledgeable. I will share what I had.
Read moreSeaweed salad (2), garlic cucumber (3), and spicy and numb cold jelly (6c) to start with. The “jelly” is made from agar — not gelatin. Main course: Youpo Noodle (29) and the Spicy and Sour Fans (37c). There are also other items that I think are vegan, but you should check (numbers 68-75, with the possible exception of hot and sour soup).
The flavors are layered and delightful. Many of these items are very hot and spicy, which I love, but be warned. The Youpo noodles are hand made on site and are amazing. #Veganuary
