I went in and asked if they still had vegan options. The man working there pointed to a completely separated part of the vitrine showcasing multiple vegan dark chocolate pralines. Great! He had some extraordinary stuff like wasabi.
Read moreI got 6 pralines for 7,91€ - great price! But when I tried all of them, they tasted the exact same? Not sure why. Obviously the dark chocolate doesn't vary. But all the - yummy - chocolate ganaches inside were extremely similar. Maybe there's just different aromas added in each kind.
Anyway, good chocolate, but a bit boring

Last year they worked on inventing recipes for a series of vegan bonbons. Here are 4 new pure bonbons, which are completely vegan. Pecan, yuzu with sesame, black tea and stielman espresso with chili.
Read moreThe basis is a pure ganache with rice, coconut or oat cream. When I visited them they had 5 different vegan bonbons and I liked them all! Looking forward to have a vegan version of milk chocolate bonbons!
