Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Messy location, almost messed up my bowl more than once - Edit
This location is very busy, so I don’t recommend it for anyone who isn’t ordering a classic rice meat cheese bowl. They didn’t change their gloves and were reflexing to put non vegan items on my bowl. I can understand trying to push customers through the line when it’s hectic, but it’s always busy here....

If your hungry and in a rush most city's have a Chipotle. Black beans and brown rice are my favorite.

I prefer Qdoba but Chipotle will scratch my Mexican food itch when I need it and when I’m in the area. This location isn’t as clean as the one in Lawrence but the food is good. Skip the sofritas and get guacamole for free!
