Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fast food chain founded 1993 in the US and now operates outlets across North America and several more overseas. Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sat 11:00-21:00, Sun 11:00-20:00.

Die Guacamole macht süchtig - Edit
Esse regelmäßig hier Burritos oder Tacos. Immer lecker. Nicht super günstig, aber OK preislich, und die Zutaten sind immer frisch. Die Guacamole ist Bombe. Selbst meine mexikanischen Kolleginnen finden sie gut.

Delicious, but so expensive and nothing special - Edit
We wanted to try this chain. The burrito was good, but I paid for a vegan burrito with guacamole and a coke 18€. And the burrito isn’t super big or special or something.

Good mexican food in Germany - Edit
Great outlet of the popular US chain in Germany, with the same setup to build your own meal. Same flavours, including the seasoned tofu and black beans, but slightly smaller portions and more expensive extras.

Chipotle in Germany - Edit
I can’t believe there is a Chipotle in Germany! It tastes pretty much the same as the ones in the US, which means I love it. Though I didn’t add my favorite extra of guacamole because it was so expensive.

Nur ein veganer Burrito, Guacamole kostet bei der veganen Version - Edit
Es gibt einen veganen Burrito. Der ist auch immer ok. Nicht besonders würzig, aber ok. Leider fehlt eine Soße als Ersatz für Sour Cream und Käse. Mir ist er immer zu trocken. Guacamole würde helfen, ist aber nur bei der vegetarischen Version inbegriffen. Und den veganen Burrito, der so viel kostet wie die fleischhaltigen, nun mit 3 Euro für Guacamole genießbar zu machen, finde ich enttäuschend. In jedem Fall das Grillgemüse und die Sojaschnetzel (beides inbegriffen) nehmen, damit es nicht zu trocken wird. Als Vegetarier (mit Käse, Sour Cream und Guacamole) fand ich Chipotle toll. Vegan heißt hier halt einfach „die Hälfte weglassen und nur einen Teil vernünftig ersetzen“. Ich gehe nicht mehr hin. Im Food Court darüber ist ein Perser und ein Libanese mit je einer guten veganen Platte.

Ich hatte den Burrito mit Reis, Bohnen, Gemüse und Guacamole. Ein Burrito reicht um satt zu werden und das Essen schmeckt echt gut.

When in doubt: Chipotle!!! - Edit
When there is only one Chipotle in all of Germany and just so happens to be in your home town you gotta go there!!! I lived in the states and Chipotle was always my go to when there was no vegan options around. This one is exactly what you would expect from a Chipotle. Finally killed my cravings!!! Great fast service in a great location!

FAB burrito! - Edit
It was my first time in Chipotle and it was delicious! Burritos are big and they'll fill you up. Rice, beans, veggies, salsa,lettuce and guacamole. (We don't have to pay the almost 3 Euro surcharge for guac as ours are meat free
