Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

Always my go-to

I love to order a veggie bowl with the corn salsa and chips on the side.

Vegans beware

I LOVE chipotle. I will push over all my children to get into a chipotle. However, not once, not twice, not three times, but four times now I have been dissatisfied. The sofritas has steak in them. Like I could see it in the steak in the pot as I ordered, I told the person there was steak, she said no, and I pointed to it said it a little louder and someone else heard me and said sorry and took the whole pot away. On another occasion I ordered on the app and steak was in my burrito mixed in with the sofritas. I no longer get sofritas at any locations. Please just move the sofritas away from the meat. It just keeps happpeneing. On another occasion their was cubes of meat in the fajita veggies... I no longer get the fajita veggies. There has been cheese in the guacamole on many occasions. I’m assuming it’s more of a messy work area and it’s not being done on purpose. The person wrapping burritos will wrap a burrito with chicken and cheese spilling out of one burrito, close up that burrito and then move onto mine without changing gloves... so now my burrito has chicken juices and cheese all over the outside of it. I no longer get burritos. I’ll get a bowl with the tortilla on the side. I no longer order on the app because I can’t see if their was meat or cheese in the pots on the counter before they made mine. Maybe I should stop eating at chipotle... I mean I won’t because it’s so darn good, but please... for me... just me... don’t let the meat and cheese mix in with other stuff. Please. It’s so nasty. I love chipotle too much.
