Not a vegan home stay but a normal Veg hotel - Edit
I would request them to add many native vegetables and have options of coconut water if they can't give milk tea

Pros: Bajira roti, Ker sangri but no other side dish was there, Sunset trek was amazing as it went at the e time
Cons: They out of habit apply butter on roti, No other native vegetables they have, They could give coconut water or fruits

Amazing rural Homestay and activities - Edit
We first did an online cooking experience with Chhotaram online (via Airbnb experiences) in 2021. It was really great and we made some good vegan Indian food. We said we’d visit his Homestay if we came to India and a year and a half later we did! We booked a three night package via the website (you can book the Homestay and activities separately on different platforms such as Airbnb, booking.com etc) which was a good deal for two people. We had all of our meals cooked for us and they made them all vegan for us. We did a cooking class with Mamata including traditional cooking over a fire. We went on a tour of the village, seeing local crafts, looking for blackbuck and witnessing an opium ceremony. We did a tour of the village and watched the sunset at a temple. We also did a tour of the main sites in Jodhpur. The whole experience was amazing and a highlight of our month long trip around India. The family are so welcoming and accommodating and it’s so nice to be able to interact with women which is suprisingly difficult in India if you’re not in a Homestay.
