I really wanted vegetarian banh mi and didn’t want to march around the streets in hopes of finding a vendor that would sell it. Luckily, I found chay station on happy cow! So good. I think the pate could be creamier and their pickled veggies could have more of a sour bite. Overall, it’s yummy and I would recommend people to give them a try.
