Simply the best

Saigon has hundreds, if not thousands of vegan and vegetarian restaurants. From street food stalls to plush so called high end veggie restaurants. Then there are restaurants which stand taller than the rest. A hidden gem if you will.
This is one of them. My 15.000 Dong vegan banh mi is the best I've eaten in Saigon. Hands down the best. The pate is amazing! Homemade? Paired with the fresh crunchy veggies, just a perfect vegan banh mi.
Now to the bun cha gio. This dish has always been my favourite. This all vegan restaurant serves this for 35,000 Dong. What can I say apart from the fresh veggies with the fresh noodles and hot fried spring rolls made it not only taste clean and healthy but just so delicious!
They have a limited breakfast menu in the morning and a huge vegan menu from the afternoon. See my photos for more details. It really is worth coming here for a meal and then explore the local area.
Payment by cash or bank transfer. No English spoken. Plenty of seating inside. Plenty of parking outside. Plenty pictures of the food in the menu.
