Just one vegan option but it's worth the price of admission - Edit
Charming little restaurant with sidewalk seating and Peruvian-East Asian fusion cuisine. Their ceviche vegetariano is interesting, imaginative, delicious, and vegan. I didn't ask, but presume some of their East Asian dishes can be made vegan. Outstanding friendly, attentive, and efficient service.

Amazing find in a sea of bougie non vegan fare - Edit
Discovered this gem after getting rejected from a nearby hotel restaurant for not being a guest...(what?). Upon first glance, “ceviche” might not inspire most vegans to dip their heads in, but I assure you, you’d be mistaken. Not only is there little to no options in this area for vegs, this place rules. Super sharp, clean interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Clearly marked veg options, 4 of which can be easily made vegan. Reasonable price for the area, great beer to boot.
