Fantastic little restaurant (well, tiny, really- you will need to book in advance but it is absolutely worth it) with a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent cocktail menu. The food was delicious and the portions were generous.
The menu is primarily vegetarian however there were vegan options for all courses and the staff were happy to go through and explain which items were vegan or could be veganised. We were assured that there would be more vegan options in future, and I look forward to seeing the choices grow.
Came here with one of my vegan friends. Menu clearly marks vegan (option) and gluten-free dishes. Wine and cocktail list is rather extensive too.Portions are generous. I couldn’t finish my chopped salad starter and roasted cauliflower main. The harissa cauliflower was also a tad too spicy for me. Vegan dessert options limited to ice cream/sorbet or black rice pudding. The restaurant wasn’t too busy when we were there, which was nice as we could have a decent conversation without having to raise our voices. Service was friendly and un-rushed.
I’ve eaten at Ceremony three times now and the food is fabulous. Sophisticated modern international cuisine - the risotto and the sweet potato curry are delicious - great cocktails. Have also enjoyed very friendly, relaxed service (no tips policy) and cool Vibes. It is expensive, but it’s not a chain and makes for a special night out. Booking essential!
