Absolutely horrendous - Edit

After we sat down they told us they were doing a limited menu, basically just pizzas. I ordered a mushroom pizza. When it arrived it had a huge pile of prosciutto ham on it. I said I can't eat ham, I'm vegetarian. They took it away and 5mins later brought it back without the prosciutto, well without most of it... there were still small pieces stuck to the cheese. I also presume some fats/oils from the meat had sunk into the pizza, so absolutely not suitable for vegetarians. They didn't care at all. I thought maybe I'd made a mistake and not noticed the fact the mushroom pizza came with prosciutto, but later checked the menu and they offer mushroom OR prosciutto and mushroom. I definitely just said "mushroom pizza", and absolutely nothing that sounded like prosciutto. Aside from this the service was slow and both waiters we had were remarkably grumpy and rude.

Some colleagues from work went there some weeks later and one of their group had a gluten allergy. They told the waiter and he said "then she doesn't eat". I understand it might be hard for them to guarantee a dish will be entirely gluten free, but they were so incredibly rude and unhelpful.

They have a lovely setting with outdoor seating right in the middle of Bad Ragaz so it's really tempting to stop in, but I'd strongly, strongly advise against it.

Pros: Lovely setting

Cons: Incredibly rude waiters, Meat on my vegetarian pizza , The way they just did not care at all

Very nice location with four main dishes - Edit

I really like the location with outdoor seating under shady trees overlooking a pretty quiet square. But the vegan selection is even better, with lots of options and many different meat and dairy replacement products. This is a top destination in the area.
