Lots of options, delicious! - Edit
I really enjoyed my dinner at CAVA! I loved how everything was clearly labeled. There were several vegan options to chose from at every step, including lots of dressings, veggies, and hummus choices. I did a Build Your Own Bowl option and it turned out so good! I am looking forward to coming back next time I’m in Fort Collins!

This was my first time here and I decided to try the lentil avocado bowl. It has falafel, pickled onions, greens, yummy sauces, roasted veggies, hummus, avocado, lentils, and more! The portion size was perfect, and the bowl tasted amazing. All the ingredient choices are fresh and healthy, and it’s super easy to eat vegan here.

I don't care if this is a chain, it's awesome! I love to get a salad or half and half bowl and fill it will falafel, veggies, and a trillion different sauces and dips. Their falafel aren't like traditional falafel - they're very...sweet, cumin-y, and not dry. Still super delicious. Skip the line and order online. It's always so fresh and flavorful (also v salty). Website has easy to find nutrition info about what's got dairy, can't speak to employee knowledge since I always order online and run in to pick up.

I go here at least once a week because it’s very reliable. It’s easy to order ahead using the app. Falafel is pretty good and they have a ton of vegan toppings and sauces/spreads.

I wish it was cheaper than it is but it is my go to vegan meal in fort collins. I have spent 1-2% of my gross income here which isn’t a bragging point but an honest endorsement. If you figure out how to order than you can get a large bowl with good/pretty good nutrition. When eating out, its about the best you can do from a nutrition and convenience stand point.
