No brunch options - Edit
We went for brunch bc my mother in law saw they have vegan denoted on the menu. There were no vegan brunch options. They made us the Hawaiian tofu from the dinner menu which was good ( a bit spicy but not horrible). Not really a brunch meal, but at least it was food. Service took a while on a Sunday morning.

Excellent atmosphere and food - Edit
Carson’s is wonderful if you are looking for great food, a glass of bourbon or cocktail, or both. They have options for vegan, vegetarian, and meat-eaters. The food is always high quality.
