Best oat milk ice cream

The surcharge for non-dairy is annoying, but the ice cream itself is phenomenal. We visited this summer and we're still talking about it. It's perfectly creamy and not cloyingly oversweet. We'll be back next time we're in town. #Veganuary

Creamiest non-dairy ice cream EVER

Capitals has recently upgraded their non-dairy ice cream to an oat milk base, and it is AMAZING. It's the creamiest, most delicious ice cream I've ever had!

Pros: Vegan options, Good location

Cons: Small seating area
