The Vegan Tacos were spectacular! My wife had the Ensalada De Cilantro w/ no meat, vegan cheese, and fajita onions and peppers! Both were simply DELICIOUS!!! Incredible service too!!!

Impossible Tacos and Bowl - Edit
They have two things on the menu that are labeled vegan. One is tacos served at lunch or dinner and one is a bowl for lunch only. I went with the tacos because we came at dinner time. They even had vegan cheese. They were awesome but just tooo spicy. They had a ton of jalapeño and I like spicy. Next time I will order on the side. Super grateful to have an option. Of course would like more than one. Restaurant was super nice and service was great. The taco dinner was a little pricy at $18 but the three tacos were huge. Came with a side of beans.
