Great options and stunning views!

Not an entirely vegan establishment but have veggie options on the menu which were easily adaptable. The options were great and so tasty but we need more! Amazing atmosphere, laid back music and the views are unbelievable. Definitely try and book a table for sunset, it doesn't get more romantic than this!

I had the bread as an appetizer, vegan aubergine croquettes and a vegan courgette pasta with walnuts and topped with crispy fired courgette. They have vegan pizza and plenty of vegan pasta options too. The presentation of the dishes was overall excellent. The only downside was the service was slighty slow after we'd finished our main and found it hard to get the bill.

Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised. After talking to one of the owners (who used to be vegan) she mentioned putting more options on the menu. I really felt this wasn't somewhere they were just removing ingrediencies but thought about suitable replacements.

Overall this place was slightly on the more pricey side but 100% worth it. The options and the vibe/atmosphere was amazing, would recommend the drive out from Palermo to go here.
