Nice to have vegan options in the neighborhood - Edit
Canella Cafe and Bakery is a great new addition to the neighborhood. They've got indoor and outdoor seating and a relaxing ambiance inside.
Read moreThey currently have two vegan offerings, their Banana and Banana Walnut muffins. I had one of each (for research purposes only) and they're both delicious. Very moist, freshly baked, and the spices were well-balanced.
The staff is warm and friendly and they said the bakers are working on adding additional vegan items to their offerings.
There are tons of non-vegan options for desserts, pastries, sandwiches, and espresso drinks (with almond, soy, or oat milk) - so I'm happy to have a new place to visit with my non-vegan friends.
