Cheapest ingredients money can buy - Edit
Flatbread is made with milk so got “impossible” tacos on corn shells. Everything is prepackaged - nothing is authentic or homemade, not even the salsa. Skip if you can help it and find somewhere better

Stopped here on my way out from doing the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim hike. This was my first non-backpacking meal so it may have tasted better to my palate than usual! ; )
Read moreYou can get Impossible meat for the tacos or burgers. I had the Impossible burger with onion rings. It was quick service and very clean!

There were a few vegetarian options that could easily be made vegan by omitting the cheese. The Navajo Taco has milk in it so they used corn tortillas for the base instead. Very friendly & FAST!
