Delicious!

Café Paloma has a few vegan options, and the added benefit of being able to sit on a terrace in one of The Hague's most beautiful squares.
I had the roast cauliflower on a bed of cashew cream tinted pink by beetroot puree and chive oil. Not only was the food beautifully presented, but it was also tasty with a combination of flavours that was very satisfying to my palate. Creative and imaginative, this was in a whole other league than the restaurants whose vegan choice is a boring and unhealthy veggie burger or some other meat substitute. Now if only Cafe Paloma had a few more vegan or vegetarian options...
