Rice flour bread and shortcake cafe bakery. Some breads contain filling with dairy or eggs, but the breads themselves are vegan. Best to ask the shop owner (in Japanese) to be sure. Address:97−2, グレイス南太田 1F.

Delicious cookies! - Edit
I was super pleased to stumble across this bakery, just a short walk from the Yoshinocho Blue Line Subway station. The baker uses no eggs or diary in his baked goods, which is pretty unusual in Japan. I bought a Kabocha roll and two kinds of tuile cookies - almond and black sesame. He assured me even the sugar was brown sugar, not white. Everything was good, but the cookies were exceptional!
Just be sure to double check the opening hours before you go. The owner is retired and opened the bakery as a sort of hobby so the bakery is closed on quite a few days. Definitely recommended if you're in that area of Yokohama!
Pros: Friendly service, Inexpensive
Cons: Frequent closed days
