has potential, more vegan options desirable - Edit
I appreciate when an omni-restaurant
Read moreoffers tofu scramble (I do miss that often even in vegan restaurants as a high protein savoury breakfast option), so extra points for that.
The scramble on a rustic sourdough bread didn’t taste eggy (as well many restaurants miss using kala namak, black salt. Why?), but was very yummy and topped with a generous amount of mixed leafy greens.
My husband had the vegetarian breakfast platter and I regretted a little not taking the vegan breakfast platter.
It costs only about 2€ more than the sandwich, but also offers some yoghurt, fruit, spreads, almost as much scramble and more bread.
So if you struggle to decide, now you know 😉
Unfortunately there were no vegan baked goods available, but what they had looked very good.
Pros: Tofu scramble available
Cons: Only few vegan options
