On January 14 2024 me and my daughter decided to give this place a chance from the reviews we arrived close to closing time( in which staff did not inform us of because we would have left & never patronized them ) they gave us a 30 min wait for a table then once we sat down to order food came out cold then once server was asked to assist we were told the kitchen how convenient especially with cold “hot chocolate “ was closed !our tab was 83.00 in which included a tip staff was contacted the next day “alexa “ she stated she would refund our money! This did not happen alexa stated i was committing fraud and gave me a fraudulent statement about my refund corporate was contacted and Olsen had no responsibility for his staff or respect for me as a customer I provided proof of where my bank was never sent the refund to mr olsen and his staff they then turn around & blatantly lied to me about there capabilities of reading and understanding the statements the bank provided this is the level of disregard disrespectful Racism of an environment this establishment is and to add injury to insult i was told if i did file a dispute with my bank i would get nothing and they would just show proof that i was at there store ( although that was not what the dispute was about if i was in the store or not ) I have been left with no other choice but to place reviews on ever nuk & cranny of this internet to hold this fraudulent establishment accountable for there actions! It is completely uncomprehendable how someone can be a manager yet cant read the emails properly for understanding because it is quite evident in the response from the bank that there was no refund issued or initiated from the restaurant back to me manger joy and owner olson purposely read into the email with the understanding of what would suit the outcome of my refund for their own gain they are not trustworthy and don’t deserve to do business in the city of dunwoody ga
