Great atmosphere - Edit
My husband and I visited in an evening, where there is a menu plus specials rather than the buffet that takes place at lunchtime. There was quite a large selection available despite it being close to the end of serving time (22:00, though the venue stays open as a bar until later), and the owner detailed the specials in person. He was very friendly, asking about our holiday as well as checking the food was ok and talking about the history of the restaurant; overall it was a very welcoming atmosphere, with candles and music-themed decoration.
Read moreBetween us we tried dumplings, goulash, chocolate cake and a sugar-free, raw cake , all of which were of a great quality, and portion sizes were good. But in my opinion best of all had to be both flavours of the homemade lemonade.
Two mains, two desserts and four drinks came to around 30 Euros, which I would say is normal for Vienna, and it's in a central location, close to two U-Bahn stations.
To summarise: good food, good atmosphere, good value for money.
Pros: quality, atmosphere, location

Cozy - Edit
Nice spot with cosy vibe. The food was fine, but I won't be dreaming about it after. The waiter did not seem to like his job, never mentioned the day's special, by the time I spotted the chalkboard, my food was already served, so be sure to ask proactively.

Cozy Cafe with veganized Austrian dishes - Edit
We had the Tuesday special "Schnitzel with potato salad and lingonberry" and the "Bacon lentils with potato dumplings" along with black beer and hot lemon. The lentils were amazing and are on the regular menu, yay!

All you can eat - Vegan Brunch - Edit
All you can eat vegan buffet for brunch, that is simply amazing. It is very delicious, and the staff is friendly, also speking in English. You have to pay cash, it is the only disadvantage.

Happy Coincidence - Edit
On our walking tour from St. Stephen's Cathedral to the Prater, we stumbled upon Café Harvest by chance. I had actually promised my wife a piece of Sachertorte, but the usual suspects – Café Demel, Hotel Sacher, and Café Central – were hopelessly overcrowded. To our delight, Café Harvest offered a tempting vegan version of the Sachertorte. We immediately settled in and were not disappointed: The café impresses with a wonderfully relaxed ambiance, friendly staff, and pleasant background music. The almond milk cappuccino exceeded all expectations, so much so that I had to order a second one. I wholeheartedly recommend Café Harvest. A true insider tip for connoisseurs!

Sowohl zum Brunchen am Wochenende, aber auch zum Kaffee am Nachmittag oder zum Abendessen. Eigentlich kann man immer ins Harvest gehen.

Good food, nice space - Edit
A goulash was quite yummy, and so was a raspberry torte. Skip the Kaiserschmarrn. Gets quite busy. I was seated one evening at a corner spot and completely forgotten after ordering, had to eventually order again. Good if you're in the area...if you can get a visible spot.

All very good! Nachos was rather gourmet style, the cheese wasn’t typical runny cheese with strong nutritional yeast flavor.
I am going to miss their goulash so much. ‘Meat’ had great texture, it was so satisfying for my craving.
Would love to try go back to try other things on the menu!

My first fully vegan delicious brunch after 5 years - Edit
and I‘m over the moon! There was so much variety you could not decide where to start. I was craving lasagna this morning and the one offered here is really really tasty - as well as all the other savoury and sweet stuff. I will come back to vienna - maybe just for this. ^^

Great vegan restaurant for Viennese classics - Edit
Really nice quirky restaurant a little out of the centre with a good choice of dishes, many veganised versions of traditional Austrian classics. Well worth visiting.

So so good - Edit
We originally wanted to eat the vegan Schnitzel and Spätzle and were a little disappointed when we learned that they only serve the Schnitzel on Tuesdays and the Spätzle on Thursdays. We chose the "Gulasch" and "Kaiserschmarren" instead and it was both very delicious! Also the portions are big and the service is super friendly. We were sitting outside and the atmosphere there was very nice.
