Charming Tex-Mex - Edit
Charming friendly Tex-Mex at the end of town, with an amazing view across the valley. Almost any entree can be made vegan, with Beyond and vegan cheese. Second visit, just as great as last year, although I preferred the quinoa blend for the enchiladas over the tasteless and weird texture Beyond ground.

Hidden Gem in Virginia City - Edit
We checked out this little restaurant on our first trip to Virginia City. The vegan enchiladas and nachos with avocado and cashew crema were excellent! We were so hungry that we ate all of the food before we thought about taking pictures. Oops. Next time!
