Terrible service - Edit
Came here with a small group of 4 people to have breakfast. Took us ages to get attention from a waiter, even though the terrace was not that busy, he just didn't look our way. Had to grab a menu ourselves instead of him bringing it over. When we finally managed to have him at our table it was very difficult for him to tell us if the bread with the vegan breakfast was also definitely vegan. My friend wanted a vegan cake, he couldn't tell us what cakes were vegan, she "should go look inside". Inside when she was looking at the cakes (that didn't have a label saying if it was vegan) she was blatantly ignored by the people behind the counter. Had to ask the same waiter again and he reluctantly went inside to check. Unfortunately no vegan cakes were served that day. The breakfast was okay-ish but nothing I would recommend. Not a lot of vegan options, the vegetarian option came with a big load of cheese, which seems unnecessary to me, but okay that's just my personal taste. We kept being ignored the whole breakfast and it cost us the greatest effort to have someone come over to us so we could pay. Strange place, because it looked very nice and it has a great location. I don't recommend.

Good option if you are out with omnivores - Edit
It’s a good option if you are out with Omnivores. Breakfast is served until 3 pm. I had the vegan breakfast plate, which had a mix of fruit, veggies, spreads and bread/bread rolls. I couldn’t finish it all, and that means that it was a lot of food!
Read moreThe cakes are displayed at the counter and the three vegan options looked delicious-but that will need to be another visit. Great on a Saturday before/after a visit at the Kollwitzmarket with lots of outdoor seating.

A big minus are the rolls. White flour, probably delivered frozen and warmed up... Why don't get you baked items from a proper bakery?!?

Der Kaffee war nichts Besonderes und dafür viel zu teuer. Insgesamt auch einfach zu groß, zu wuselig und zu touristisch für meinen Geschmack. Da gibt es schönere Optionen in der Nähe!

Vegan breakfast plate is okay - Edit
Since there is only a very small selection of vegan options, my wife and I both had the vegan breakfast plate in October 2021.
Read moreThe plate comes with a big variety of seasonal veggies, fruit and antipasti which was great.
The bread and buns that came with it were of quite a poor quality though which was disappointing for the price (around 13 Euros per plate).
Also the announced 'different vegan spreads' on the menu turned out to be 2 different types of hummus... I wished for a bit more creativity when it comes to spreads.
All in all the breakfast was okay but we won't come again.

To be honest, it was a good breakfast plate buuuut I expected way more after the previews reviews.

This was the best vegan breakfast I’ve ever had! Really loved the variety of the breakfast so I went there twice. The staff is also really friendly :)

Sehr gutes veganes Frühstück - Edit
Ich war im Café Anna Blume frühstücken und habe das vegane Frühstück probiert. Es ist sehr umfangreiche und wirklich lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Café ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet sehr fleißig.
