Serves meat, vegan options available. Small Mexican chain offering vegan chorizo made of pea protein (made by Happy Little Plants). This can be served as a burrito, tacos, baha bowl, salad bowl, quesadilla, or nachos. Also has tortilla chips, various salsas, veggie toppings, fajita grilled veggies, black beans, rice, guacamole and 2 vegan vinaigrette dressings. Pinto beans are not suitable for vegans. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Better Than Nothing - Edit
I appreciate that there is a vegan option, unfortunately, I can’t eat cilantro — so that cuts out all salsas & their 2 prepared rice.

I got the Baja Bowl with Vegan Chorizo, black beans, plain brown rice & shredded lettuce. Wish they had a plant-based cheese or sour cream — would have made this a 4-star review.
The chorizo does have a little kick, so if spicy isn’t your roll, stick to the veggie toppings (Onions & peppers, corn).
Make sure you don’t get the refried beans — they are cooked with bacon.
The serving staff was very helpful & friendly knowing what was vegan or not.
Pros: Knowledgable, friendly staff, Tasty - though spicy vegan chorizo

Vegan chorizo - Edit
They got vegan chorizo which they prepare separately from the meat (or so I’ve been told). They cook it when ordered so it just takes a few extra minutes but it’s worth it. I get the burrito bowl with it. Pretty great vegan option considering chipotle across the street got rid of their vegan chorizo.
