Vegan Option - Edit
On the menu are three vegan items but unfortunately the only option available at the moment is the portobello mushroom burger. It is okay at best. The sweet potato fries were good though. I was told there is going to be more vegan options in the future, here's to hoping!!

Dropped most vegan options - Edit
The only vegan option they have now is the portobello mushroom burger, and it's only ok. My husband got fish and chips and he couldn't even eat his fries they were so bad. Meh all around.

Unique vegan options - Edit
The vegan options in PCB are limited, so it is nice to find a place that tries to make their own vegan food instead of throwing a Beyond burger on the meal and calling it a day. My mom and I split the vegan tuna, which is made with watermelon. On the menu it says it only comes with five pieces but ended up coming out with more. It doesn't taste like tuna, but it was delicious. I also got the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was very salty and mushy, so it was difficult to eat without making a mess. I liked that they made it with artichokes as that is something you don't usually see, but they could tone it down with the salt. I didn't like the chipotle aioli that came with it, so I was glad they served it on the side. Overall, I was pleased with this place.

Would not recommend for vegans - Edit
We were intrigued to see that there were several well marked vegan options at a seafood restaurant, so we decided to go. I got the vegan tuna and my husband got the vegan chicken sandwich. My husband and I are not picky eaters at all, but neither of us were able to finish our food. The vegan tuna is actually watermelon that they marinated I guess and it is unnecessarily spicy, very slimy, and does not taste good. The vegan chicken sandwich was incredibly salty. I’m not sure if the sandwich was an accident and maybe it is good if they don’t over salt it but both things we got were just plain bad. Despite this, the service was good and so was the atmosphere, so I have to believe the seafood is very good and probably worth a try if you eat fish.

Make sure you have reservations - Edit
The tuna that I ordered tasted more like sushi and I wasn't happy with it, so the owner offered to replace it with the chick-un-sandwich and I couldn't have been happier! It had a slight chicken taste and the artichokes cooked into it were great.
Read moreThe owner was AMAZING and made us feel so welcome and want to return. The host and server were quite the opposite. If you can make reservations, that would be best because our service (not from the owner) felt like we were annoying the staff with our questions and we kept getting pushed back each time a new reservation showed up. Our arrival time was 5:00 and we did not leave until 8:30.
Pros: 3 vegan options, Clearly labeled vegan options, Owner was so welcoming and friendly
Cons: A couple staff members were very rude, Wait time without reservations had no limit
