Really quaint market with lots of products centered on well-being. Specialty pantry items, frozens, a little fresh produce. They also have bulk nuts/seeds, loose tea, oils, select toiletries. They owners are so nice! I came in looking fo something specific and they said they’ll order it right away, and will call me as soon as it comes in.

Sometimes they close for a few days at a time. Be sure to check on ig before you go just to be sure they’re open

They don’t have a huge variety but definitely carry some specialty vegan products such as Just Egg, Oatly products etc. Also a nice variety of beauty and wellness products, spices, tea and daily local produce. The owners are super nice and welcoming and it’s a part my grocery shopping routine.
