Closed in 2021 and now a Spanish themed restaurant

The restaurant closed in 2021 and is now a Spanish themed restaurant with only two vegan options. One a gapazio soup and the other the paella asked to be made without fish and shellfish and just vegetables. We went to the restaurant Sakutis instead 200 meters away, where they have allergies written on the menu, but also only two options of falafel salad and vegan beetroot/rice-bowl.

Yummy Vegan

Very nice to have some vegan options especially in beach towns that tend to have less was very much in love with the salad not as crazy about the Cepelinai but still okay

Worst meal I’ve ever eaten

Do not choose veg. with cashew nuts whatever you do. It reminds me of youngsters trying to cook veg food with zero success or knowledge.

Pros: Sitting outside

Cons: No taste, Expensive

Delicious mushroom cepelins!

We tried the mushroom cepelins and were pleasantly suprised. I used to eat meat cepelins in the past so nice to see that there is an even tastier vegan option available (a rarerity!)

Pros: Vegan options clearly marker on the menu

Cons: Vegetarian options not marked, could have more

Mixed feelings

Burė has quite a few vegan options however when we visited it some of them like fake salmon bowl and vegan cepelinai were not available which was dissapointing. As a result, we went for veggie stew with cashews and lentil wrap.
Lentil wrap was quite a disappointment. It had some patty inside which didn’t look or taste that it was made from lentils. Too much mayo for my taste.
On the other hand, cashew stew was quite tasty, ot had a a good flavour, but a bit too greasy for my liking.
We also had a coffee cake to go which was Ok.

Good option

It’s a good place with tasty food! We wanted to try the potato zeppelins but they were unfortunately not available… Then we took the vegetable stew with cashews and the tortillas. They where very tasty! (But the put balsamic vinegar on the tortillas, so they where not so good to eat with the hands 😉)

Pros: Good options, Tasty 😋

Cons: Not everything available

A good choice of vegan options

We loved this restaurant. They advertise their Plant Menu by the entrance to the restaurant and it's clear they are proud of it. We went to this restaurant three times and tried almost all of the vegan dishes available. My favourite was Vegetable & Cashew Stew, but other dishes did not disappoint either. The Coffee Cake was really good!
It's hard to find a restaurant with good vegan options in Nida. This restaurant was a nice surprise.
