Bieten veganes Eis an, kennen sich aber nicht aus

Ich habe mir in der Eisdiele mal ein veganes Eis geholt und beim bestellen gefragt, ob die Eis-Waffel denn auch vegan sei oder eben nicht. Der Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke hatte keine Ahnung was ich von ihm wollte. Finde es etwas schwach mit veganem Eis zu werben, aber sich letztendlich nicht damit auskennen, welche Dinge vegan sind oder eben nicht. Sonst gab es neben dem veganen Fruchteis noch ein veganes dunkle Schokolade Eis, ob das immernoch so ist, weiß ich nicht.

Pros: Veganes Eis

Cons: Unwissende Mitarbeiter, Teuer, Wenig Auswahl

Friendly; they kinda try; actual italian staff 🇮🇹

They try — in a region were 'vegan' is still (2023) 100% unknown (at least no hotel and no regular supermarket here knows about 'vegan'). So yes, the only vegan flavour is strawberry 🍓, and the coffee comes with cow milk. Also, real (chopped) fruit on the side must and can never (!) be mixed according to staff, so EITHER you get banana slices OR a kiwi, basta. They are not unfriendly, though, and really just have absolutely no idea what this is all about. Why they deserve only one star: On their website and on the store front window, they claim differently and allegedly have a full vegan menu; those items just don't exist. It's a nice place for a black americano coffee or espresso or banana slices plus strawberry ice 'cream' 🍨 In middle of town, numerous seats. Be friendly and travel back in time ✨

Anmaßende Übertreibung

Veganes Eis und Eisbecher werden auffallend plakatiert, in Realität wurde mir heute ganze EINE vegane Eissorte angeboten: Erdbeere. Das unterscheidet diese Eisdiele, die mit veganen angeboten wirbt, von keiner anderen! Maßlose Übertreibung!

Pros: Gemütliche Sessel, Angenehmes Wetter, Apfelsaftschorle

Cons: Explizit mit veganem Eis werben und nur eine Sorte, Unfreundliche Bedienung
