Had the Thai burrito with seitan. Really flavorful. The cashier told us the rice and beans were not made with any animal products like many Mexican places. Love the chips and salsa choices. Small section to sit against wall for in house dining though many were getting takeout.
Not bad for an Easy coast Mexican vegan option
I was visiting from CO and my friend and i wanted something quick, yummy and that had vegan options. I’m over Chipoodle so she suggested B Y S. I got the tofu bowl, Med heat level, bbq sauce. It was really good, definitely higher quality than Chipoodle. I’d definitely go there again in a pinch!
We eat here or the Springfield location weekly... seitan tacos or burritos are GREAT—even better now that they have vegan queso!!! My husband loves their non-veg omni options too...
The Springfield location on Sumner Rd is the best one we’ve been to (others including this one in West Springfield are good too)
Good sized restaurant, counter service. Precisely one burrito that is a vegan option, a fair number of vegetarian ones though. Seitan available to replace meat in most/all dishes, but no vegan cheeses for those who need them.
So glad to find this place while traveling. Love that they had seitan and tofu protein options. I had the East Meets West burrito. It was like chinese takeout in a tortilla. So good! Hope I get to try the other unusual burrito choices they had someday too
This is the best burrito/taco chain I've ever visited. Every menu item can be made with your choice of meats, tofu, or mock-meats. We both had burritos with seitan, and they were AMAZING.
The food was good, filling, fast, and inexpensive. I wish this chain had locations outside of Massachusetts, because it's really awesome. Definitely go here.

Tasty Mexican food. We loved the guac and salsa options. Offered some vegan options for food, including tofu and seitan for protein.

Felt great after eating here. Food was healthy and freshly prepared. I had the sautéed spinach bowl, with barbecue tofu. It was a big hit.
