Tasty vegan proteins - wait can be long

Ok so the food was pretty good but there were a couple of drawbacks…I’ve been there twice on a week day for lunch and the wait was looooong…like took almost my whole lunch break to get my food long. 😳 Also nothing is labeled vegan so I actually emailed the company to find out which sauces were vegan (the lemongrass and the ginger). The plant based bulgolgi is delicious and I’ve heard the tofu is too but I haven’t actually tried it. I got the noodle bowl and it was a lot of food. I’ll probably go back to try the sandwich next.
