Exceptional! - Edit
Unlike other restaurants where the vegan options feel like omni dishes that just have meat/dairy removed, everything on the Bûcheron vegan menu feels like it was crafted to be vegan from the start.
Read moreWe split the vegan salad (8/10) and the roasted beets (10/10) for starters and then I got the sweet potato entrée (9/10). The quality of ingredients and presentation were seriously impressive, among the best we've ever found in the cities.
The wait staff were all very sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be going back!

Terrific dining experience with a separate vegan menu - Edit
Surprised this restaurant, which won the James Beard award for best new restaurant, had a fully vegan menu! And everything was excellent. Stuff like the mushroom main dish, which I would normally shy away from, turned out great. The dessert was delish as well. And server knew exactly what was vegan and had good suggestions and recommendations.
