I tried 2 vegan options, not so good. It is bio, homemade, but the taste and consistency is not the best. Also expensive. Coffee is good though.

Das beste ist die vegane Eiswaffel! Die kostet allerdings 0,80€ Aufschlag - etwas viel für eine Waffel. Ist jedoch auch lecker. Vegane Eissorten variieren.

They have one of the best vegan ice creams (Pistachio it is for me!), different and unusual flavours every few days. Not just the fruit sorbets are vegan, and everything is clearly marked.

Gut, aber nichts besonderes. Angeblich soll das hier das beste Eis in Österreich sein, aber obwohl es geschmeckt hat hat es mich jetzt auch nicht umgehauen.
Read moreEs gibt mehrere klar beschriftete vegane Sorten, allerdings klassisch nur Fruchtsorten. Fruchteis ist aber meistens vegan, dazu muss man nicht extra hierher kommen. Das einzige herausstechend positive ist, dass die Eissorten sich offenbar abwechseln und es immer wieder mal etwas Neues gibt. Probiert habe ich die Sorten Yuzu - eine japanische Zitrusfrucht die mich geschmacklich an Grapefruit erinnert - und Dirndl - so etwas wie Kirsche. Ersteres war in Ordnung, Dirndl wirklich lecker.
Ob der Laden aber jetzt wert ist, extra hierher zu kommen und sich womöglich eine Weile anzustellen, muss jeder selbst wissen.
Pros: Tastes good, Big portions, Clearly labeled vegan types
Cons: The only vegan options are fruit types, Sometimes there's a queue

Great concept, good ice cream - Edit
They always have a few vegan flavors, mostly fruit ice cream/sorbets. Some flavors cost extra because they are sweetened with birch sugar. Since Steyr is not well known for its many vegan friendly places, I can definitely recommend visiting Buburuza and enjoying their ice cream, but compared to other (completely vegan) ice cream shops, it's not my favorite. For me, the vegan chocolate ice cream is too intense and I prefer plantmilk-based ice-cream rather than sorbets. Meanwhile you can find their ice cream at many different places around Steyr, watch out their homepage. They also offer ice cream-catering, I like this idea a lot.

Vegan ice cream was really good! Even had a vegan cone to put it in. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn’t have any plant milk options for coffee.

Not all of the ice-cream flavors are vegan but all the fruit ice-cream is. There is at least one vegan nut or seed ice-cream. This one is a littlebit more expensive because there is no sugar in it. But as I experienced it is worth the money.
Read moreThere is the possibility to mix different flavors in one sice. So you can have more than one flavor and the price stays the same. All in all the people there are very friendly and I enjoyed the ice-cream.
Pros: Vegan Options. Mixe flavors. Vine-& Prosecco ice.
Cons: The vegan con costs 80c+.

Welche Sorten vegan sind, ist klar erkennbar. Das Design sehr nett umgesetzt. Wir haben Aronia-Birne und Macadamianuss mit veganer Waffel (80ct zusätzlich pro Waffel) probiert, da dies Sorten waren, die wir zu Hause nicht bekommen. Leider wurden wir geschmacklich enttäuscht. Beides schmeckte eher fade.
