Thankful after a long day of Troll hunting! - Edit

We were sweaty, dirty, and tired after hiking to find all the Danbo Trolls and the Golden Rabbit. Happy Cow listed three vegan friendly restaurants and this was the only one open, possibly. Happy Cow said it was open until midnight. The restaurant website said it closes at 9pm. Turns out the kitchen is open until 10pm & the bar is open until 11pm. We asked for the house veggie burger on rye, w/out the aioli, and sweet potato fries, and the sweet potato quesadilla w/out cheese and bacon. Unfortunately they were out of the sweet potato hummus in the quesadilla, so instead we got the quinoa salad. Food was excellent! The staff was super pleasant and accommodating, offering us tons of ice water, and made us feel very welcomed.

Pros: Staff was generous in accommodating our vegan need, The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere, It was the only vegan option place open past 9pm.

Limited menu, but great service - Edit

We had the sweet potato quesadilla made without bacon or cheese, and the house made veggie burger without the avocado aioli. The buns the burger normally comes with has eggs in it, and the gluten free bread has egg whites. So we were able to have the burger made on marble rye bread instead, thanks to a very sweet server who went back and forth to the kitchen to make sure our food would fit our vegan diet.
