Vegan waffles! What more do you need to know?! - Edit
Brunchroom is a lovely little place. Cleanly designed and modern inside with super, super friendly staff, if you've been missing your breakfast waffles, this is the place for you!
Read moreMenus are all in Dutch with an English version on the back and you order by filling in a ticksheet on your table. The only food currently on the menu for vegans is the waffle, but it's a wafflehouse really, so that seems ok. They have soy or almond milk for coffee and many vegan toppings for your waffle. The toppings list is on the wall and you can choose as many as you like. They even have vegan Nutella!! The owner is working on a vegan smoothie and says he's really enjoying all the vegans coming into his shop. The waffle itself is excellent, fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just like you remember them! It's huge too. Great place!

Amazing food- the chef is so kind and really into the food and your experience. I had the vegan waffles and shared the soup with my partner (chef made the soup vegan by removing the egg noodles) and my partner had the flatbread - the food took a while as the party before us ordered a lot of food of which the chef informed us - we had no issue waiting as the surroundings were very warm and friendly. Would recommend this place!! 10/10!

It's a shame you're not allowed to give this place 5 stars (since it's listed as partly vegetarian), because otherwise I would! You can choose to have your waffle made vegan, it's a bit more dry therefor but nothing some maple syrup can't fix ;) There are so many vegan toppings for the waffles (even whipped cream!) My favourite combination is: peanutbutter, dark chocolate chips, roasted coconut flakes and a bit of maple syrup. Every wednesday it's waffle wednesday which means you get one (the cheapest) topping for free!
Read moreAlso the owner is so kind, haven't been to brunchroom in a year since I live in the new west part of Amsterdam, and Brunchroom is located all the way to the other side in the East. It's located in a quite but very nice street (every once in a while a tram passes by) But after a year the owner still recognized me and greeted me with my name! The little extra things and effort that makes this place amazing and worth of FIVE STARS!

We absolutely loved this restaurant! Nice outdoor & indoor seating. The owner was extremely nice too!!! The food was out of this world. I got the vegan waffle and a smoothie and my mom (not vegan) ordered an egg dish. The sourdough was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

We’ve been in Amsterdam 2 days and came to eat here twice already. We will probably come back for breakfast tomorrow. The food is absolutely incredible. It’s fresh, healthy, gourmet breakfast options. I loved the vegan waffle. Lavender latte, and all of their fresh juices.

Although not a 100% vegan restaurant, it was such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They had no trouble advising me and my friends about their vegan options, while taking in account some of the food allergies I have.
Read moreRecommended by both the staff and my friends I tried the waffles and they were AMAZING!! Easily the best waffle I've ever had. I also really liked that their smoothies are all vegan. I tried the one with peach, coconut and oranges, but I had to ask for a to go cup since it was a bit too much for me.
Although everything was freshly prepared and homemade, I do think the prices are a bit high. Not that it's not worth it, but I would visit more often if it was a little cheaper.
Would definately recommend!

Had a lovely anniversary brunch with my Omni husband. We were lucky there was a table free when we arrived but if eating at the weekend I would try and book or expect to possibly wait. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Awesome Vegan Waffles - Edit
The title says it all. This place is a little out of the center, but totally worth the trip. They have loads of vegan toppings, all clearly marked. I opted for a classic of vegan nutella and banana. Soy milk is available for hot drinks too.
