Delicious soup - always a vegan option

I've had the to-go quarts of soup from Brothmonger multiple times, and they always have at least one vegan soup in their weekly rotation. The Chickpea Curry and Coconut Chickpea soups are amazing, so well seasoned. They also had a vegan Borscht by a guest chef one week that was absolutely delicious. Thank goodness for Brothmonger when I got my wisdom teeth removed, I didn't just have to eat applesauce all week!

tomato pie (ask for no cheese) is also amazing.
