Healthy. Fresh. Delicious - Edit
I was in the area and opened up Happy Cow. This place popped up and it was just what I was craving. Something healthy and delicious. Staff was over the top attentive and the food came out quick. Perfect rice, delicious grilled tofu and fresh veggies. Plus a side of their vegan broth. I also liked that on the menu, there was a little story about the chef / owner, almond with the clearly labeled vegan options. Good stiff all around.

B&B is a family owned restaurant and they are incredibly nice. Their vegan items on the menu are clearly defined. Their vegan Pho is super flavorful and giant. They also have a vermicelli dish with chargrilled tofu and they have Vegan egg rolls!! We have def been here twice in one week. Also you can order their vegan Pho broth by the quart. The food is definitely beautiful and picture worthy but it's also so good we forget to take pics before it's gone.

I had the vegan pho and it did not disappoint. It was loaded with veggies and fried tofu. 😋 We ordered the vegan eggrolls to start off. I am stuffed!!
