Don’t skip this place! - Edit
Great options and separate menu for vegan bagel sandwiches, some sweet most savory. Some indoor seating. Can get busy in the morning so may be best to order ahead. I will definitely be coming here again.

I loved how many vegan sandwiches they offered and the combination of ingredients in each of the sandwiches. The vegan kimball street bagel sandwich was spicy and had just the right amount of cream cheese. Also got an iced mocha (23 oz!)

Great sandwiches and coffee - Edit
They have a whole separate vegan menu with a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast sandwiches can be difficult to find here, so (as a stubborn New Yorker) I was pleasantly surprised!!

They have a few vegan options when I was there, even two sweet options. It was quite busy when I was there and the staff was very friendly.

Best bagels in town - Edit
This place just opened yesterday. Was really busy for the se one day which isn’t a bad thing and hope they continue to have tons of business because they have the best bagels in town. Boiled bagels that are both chewy and crunchy. All bagels are vegan besides the Asiago. They have a vegan cream cheese option which is good as well as a menu of a bunch of vegan bagel sandwich options. I had the Kimball Street which was massive and delicious. The iced chai latte with oat milk was delicious as well. These bagels remind me of New York (and I heard they might be imported from New York to boot!). The staff is lovely and very apologetic for the wait while they worked so hard for all the orders flooding in with the recent opening.
