Serves meat, vegan options available. A few NY area locations. Coffee and New York style bagels plus sandwiches, wraps, and salads, of which some are vegan (please inquire). Has tofu cream cheese for bagel. Could create your own salad. Ask about vegan milk for coffee. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-4:30pm.

Great Find - Edit
Huge bagel selection and several tofu spreads (the veggie is really good). Only one sandwich selection is vegetarian, and could be vegan without the cheese, although somewhat boring that way. You can, however, make your own. Excellent coffee selection. I'll be back!
