Great all around experience - Edit
Nice spot in an old factory. Last time I was here it was only a coffee roastery. In addition to the roastery there is now a cafe, makers space, artisan area, and records to buy. There is a delightful outdoor area where many plants that they use in their food are growing, including hops! There were a handful of vegan options on the menu. We went with the artichoke po boy, the mushroom bahn, mi and the veggie hash breakfast bowl. Complemented them with some yummy coffee drinks and fresh made lemonade as well. All things were delish! Well seasoned, reasonable portions, and everything compostable! We even added a little of the garden mint to the lemonade (the gardener present encouraged us to!) which added an epic local layer to the experience. Would come back anytime we are in Keene. (Also picked up some delightful looking locally roasted single origin organic coffee beans to go!).

One of my favorite spots - Edit
The pó boy is delicious but lately my favorite is the portobello bowl. The ambiance is great. The coffee is tasty. They do occasionally have vegan pastry options too.

This cafe is very cute- good breakfast and lunch options (kitchen closes early at 3pm I think) . Not a ton of choices, but this is the most options in town of Keene

Yummy Bahn mi - Edit
Their Bahn mi is delicious. They serve it with meat or mushrooms to make it vegan. They have vegan mayo. The bread is ciabatta, which is crusty and delicious. This is the first place I've been to that has a vegan pâté. They inspired me to make my own mushroom walnut pâté. My only wish is that they had tofu for the protein, otherwise it's one of my favorite places to have Bahn mi. I also had a vegan cookie and they have plant milk for tea They also have a mushroom po' boy I want to try but I always get the Bahn mi. The restaurant is locally owned and the staff is wonderful. Great vibe!

Great Sandwiches - Edit
Went for lunch and they have two vegan sandwiches on the menu; artichoke po boy and a mushroom banh mi. I was hesitant to try them because artichokes and mushrooms aren't my favorite but we ordered both to try and they were really good! Great flavor combinations and the cashier said both sauces were always made with vegan mayo so we didn't have to substitute or go without. They also have oat milk for their coffee.

Vegan Sandwich Options - Edit
A cafe employee said they use Vegenaise instead of real mayo for things like the garlic aioli and the red pepper remoulade. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food.
