Nice to have vegan options, but the sandwich was quite lacklustre

I tried the vegan tofu sandwich with dippy gravy. The gravy was absolutely delicious, and made the whole meal. The sourdough was also very good, but the filling let it down. The tofu was cold, tasted unseasoned, and was uncooked. It would have been much nicer to have fried, seasoned (or marinated) tofu, even if served cold. A bit of a strange sandwich overall, and felt quite overpriced.

Good for lunch, not for baked goods

I really want Bread to be better than it is. I've 4 out of the 5 baked goods I've tried (on different days across several weeks) have been significantly undercooked or burnt so I've stopped buying them. But their sandwiches/lunches are good. The coffee is decent and it's a nice place to sit.

I don't like posting a not too positive review but I feel like I've given it a fair chance.

One of the best vegan breakfasts

Great size portion full vegan brekkie including sausages, home made beans and hash browns, tofu scramble, avocado and delish sourdough bread. Goes great with a lavender kombucha! 👌
