Came here after flying into Stuttgart on our way to Calw. We got there around 7:30 on a Wednesday and it was packed! (If you know when you’ll be coming by here, I’d recommend making a reservation.) We were fortunate that a spot at the bar opened up right as we walked in.
Read moreWe enjoyed some delicious Pilsner, including the Schwarz Pils (highly recommend!). Then we ordered the vegan Caesar salad and I had the vegan Mediterranean flammkuchen (any of their flammkuchen can be made vegan) and my friend got the fall special flammkuchen, which had pears, walnuts and a blue cheese sauce. The vegan flammkuchen was DELICIOUS, and while my friend really enjoyed hers, she actually liked the vegan cheese/cream sauce better. It was tangy and delicious. The flammkuchens are massive, but because the crust/bread is soo thin, it’s doable to finish. Also could split one and get something else. The Caesar salad was huge and not bad, but I’m not sure I would necessarily recommend it - the dressing didn’t taste much like Caesar, which was a bummer! But the salad was huge and came with things like chickpeas and tomatoes.
Overall we had a fantastic time here. Lecker food and a great atmosphere. And SO many vegan and veggie options!

The burger and Kirschbombe were really good, the greek mushroom balls were a bit too salty, but still good. The creme brulee tasted just like soy, that's the only thing that I wouldn't recommend.

I had dinner there recently with my brother (omni) and we both enjoyed it! The atmostphere is nice and the place has a nice vibe to it.
Read moreThere are not too many vegan options - I had the flammenküche and it was delicious! My brother had the käsespätzle and also liked it. The home brews make a good side to the dish. They also have vegan milk for coffee.

I had lunch at Brauhaus with my omnivorous family. All of the 12 persons enjoyed the atmosphere and their food. They offer plenty of choices, for both meateaters and vegans. Everything is fresh and homemade.

Das vegane Essen im Sachers ist super lecker und es gibt eine gute Auswahl! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Absolut empfehlenswert ist der “beyond meat” burger - sooo yummy! Aber auch alle anderen Sachen sind geschmacklich toll!
