Vegan options slap

So pleased to find the Boxwood Cafe (restaurant in this hotel) has several vegan options with clear labeling. I had the vegan breakfast crunch wrap and the next day ordered the avocado toast with Just Egg instead of the fried egg. Both as big as my head.

Pros: Well labeled, Multiple options, Friendly, knowledgeable staff
