Extremely slow service, not aware of their own vegan options

The service in here was so incredibly slow despite us visiting on a very quiet day in which the few other tables already seated had their food.
Corn soup was vegan and made server aware I was vegan with a milk allergy but still brought soup out with butter for the bread.
The bean burger was so dry and had no sauce whatsoever. It took the server a long time to find out if their mustard was vegan and by that time my food was cold.
Soup was nice but it unfortunately won't convince me to ever go back.
