A 100% vegan/vegetarian restaurant with vegan owners. Serves jaffles, toasties and seasonal salads and more. Some food is vegan and all other options can be made vegan. Coffee is made from beans roasted in Ireland. Located inside the Art Deco building of the Watergate Theatre. Has organic wine. Very cool spot, musicians and artists tend to be regular clientele. They also host in-house gigs and shows. Open Tue-Sat 10:00am-6:00pm. Stays open until late when shows are on in cafe or theatre - check Facebook for details.

Coming to this place is like going over to a friend's house. The staff and I suppose their friends (?) were hanging out in this space and they welcome you and you feel right at home. They had two vegan options on the menu: a tempeh burger and a curried lentil soup. The soup was good. Worth a visit if you're in Kilkenny!
