Vegan Milk Tea

Milk tea with boba is one of my favorite drinks, but as a vegan, it is difficult to find. Boba Guys is the exception. I was reassured their drinks are vegan-friendly, and you can find other guides online.

I ordered black (oat) milk tea with boba, and my boyfriend ordered Korean banana milk with boba. My milk tea was a tad sweet (I ordered 50%, I should have ordered 25%), but it was so good regardless. The tapioca was the perfect texture, and the tea-to-milk ratio was spot on.

Some of the milk-based drinks are designed vegan-friendly (i.e., Korean banana milk), while others offer oat or almond milk. The boba was tasty, but they also offer aloe jelly if tapioca is not your thing.

I wish locations were closer to San Diego, but it is worth a try!
