Raw and vegan, lecker! - Edit
Wir machten auf unserem Weg hier Zwischenstopp und wurden sehr angenehm überrascht. Fröhliches Ambiente mit Balkan- Musik im Hintergrund ( die Chefin singt selber!!!).
Frisches, außergewöhnliches Salatbuffet mit zum Beispiel Raw Blumenkohl- oder Brokkoli- Salat, Linsensalat und Bohnen- Mais-Salat.
Als Hauptgericht hatten wir unter anderem Bratkartoffeln mit Sellerieschnitzel und Pfefferrahmsauce, lecker!
Alles ist wirklich frisch und selbstgemacht und die Chefin und das Personal ist supernett und zuvorkommend.
Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!
